Dry cleaning:
Don’t worry – you’re not responsible for dry cleaning the item. The lender handles that before sending it out so they can choose the cleaner, manage costs, and maintain consistency.
Late returns:
Returning an item late disrupts the lender’s ability to clean and prepare it for the next borrower. If an item is late, you’ll be charged $25 per day via the payment method on file.
If late fees remain unpaid or we can’t reach you, the matter will be escalated to our debt-collection agency for recovery.
