We get it – accidents happen. If you damage or stain an item during your rental period, contact the lender straight away to arrange a resolution.
- If you added Rip & Stain Protection at checkout, you’re covered for up to $200 in accidental damage.
- If you didn’t, you’ll be responsible for any specialist cleaning or repairs required.
If you and the lender can’t reach an agreement, contact Vaulted immediately so we can step in to help.
