Rip & Stain Protection means you’re covered for those oops moments – small rips, minor stains, the kind of thing that can be fixed – up to $200 NZD per rental.
If damage happens, don’t start repairs yourself. Let the lender and us know first so we can walk you through what to do next.
It’s there for those oops moments – not for anything beyond repair.
What’s not covered
There are a few things Rip & Stain Protection doesn’t cover, including:
- Late returns
- Damage that can’t be repaired or stains that can’t be removed
- Loss or theft of the item
If the item is lost or damaged beyond repair, the Borrower may be charged the item’s fair market value at our team’s discretion.
The User/Requestor expressly authorises Vaulted to deduct such additional costs from the User/Requestor’s payment method, which was provided at the time of the User/Requestor’s order.
