What if the courier loses my parcel?

If your parcel goes missing on its way to or from your renter, your first step is to contact NZ Post or your courier directly. In most cases, the parcel is located after their investigation.

If they confirm they can’t find your parcel, you may be eligible for compensation through your courier or your own contents insurance policy. Lost items are not covered by Vaulted Rip & Stain Protection.
