As long as the listing is accurate about sizing and the lender has answered your questions honestly, refunds aren’t guaranteed for fit issues. Always check measurements and ask questions before booking to avoid surprises.
If the dress arrives with creasing:
Our lenders take care when packing, but some fabrics are prone to creasing. A quick trick? Hang the dress in a steamy bathroom to release wrinkles naturally. Don’t iron or steam the dress unless you’ve got permission from the lender.
If you want to return the dress:
You’ll need to liaise directly with the lender for approval. If they choose not to refund last-minute hires, that’s within their rights.
If the dress is too long:
You’re responsible for ensuring it doesn’t get damaged while you wear it. Alterations aren’t allowed, and any excessive staining or damage may result in extra charges.
