If your item hasn’t been returned at the end of the rental period:
- Late fees apply: The renter is liable to pay late fees of $25 per day if the item isn’t returned on time.
- Our first priority: We always aim to work with the renter to ensure the safe return of your item. We get that life happens, but respecting agreed rental dates is non-negotiable for keeping our community running smoothly.
- What you should do:
- Contact the renter directly in-app via the messaging feature.
- If you don’t hear back within 5 working days, you can open a dispute. Our team will then step in to help contact the renter.
- Charging the renter: Once your item is returned, contact our team to process late fee payments.
